Cancellation Policy Sahyadri

SL Adventure  Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 20 days or more before the event: No deduction. 100% refund will be provided.

• Cancellation between 20 to 15 days before the event: 15% deduction from the total amount.

• Cancellation between 15 to 10 days before the event: 30% deduction from the total amount.

• Cancellation between 10 to 7 days before the event: 50% deduction from the total amount.

• Cancellation between 7 to 4 days before the event: 75% deduction from the total amount.

• Cancellation less than 4 days before the event: No refund (100% deduction).

• No-show on the event day

 

  • If event  is cancelled by your side at the last moment, the booking amount will be nonrefundable and cannot be transferred or adjusted against any future trek.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated time frame as per company policy.

  • If the trek is cancelled due to a government ban, government restrictions, or any official order beyond the company's control, the participant will be eligible for a refund after a deduction of 10% of the total booking amount.

  • This 10% deduction covers non-refundable administrative expenses, booking charges, payment gateway fees, and operational processing costs already incurred by the company.

  • If the trek is cancelled by the company for any reason the participant will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

  • In case if event is cancel by company, participants may choose to transfer their registration to the next scheduled weekend event.

  • Once the registration has been transferred to the subsequent event, the amount already paid shall be nonrefundable.
