• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited.

• Trek leader's decision will be final and binding.

• If you have any medical condition, you need to inform us.

• Avoid expensive ornaments and accessories if lost management will not be responsible.

• Parking place available.

SL Adventure  Cancellation & Refund Policy 

• Cancellation 20 days or more before the event: No deduction. 100% refund will be provided. 

• Cancellation between 20 to 15 days before the event: 15% deduction from the total amount. 

• Cancellation between 15 to 10 days before the event: 30% deduction from the total amount.

 • Cancellation between 10 to 7 days before the event: 50% deduction from the total amount.

 • Cancellation between 7 to 4 days before the event: 75% deduction from the total amount.

 • Cancellation less than 4 days before the event: No refund (100% deduction). 

• No-show on the event day: No refund will be provided. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated time frame as per company policy. 

• If the trek is cancelled due to a government ban, government restrictions, or any official order beyond the company's control, the participant will be eligible for a refund after a deduction of 10% of the total booking amount. This 10% deduction covers non-refundable administrative expenses, booking charges, payment gateway fees, and operational processing costs already incurred by the company. 

 • If the trek is cancelled by the company for any reason the participant will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount. In case if event is cancel by company, participants may choose to transfer their registration to the next scheduled weekend event. Once the registration has been transferred to the subsequent event, the amount already paid shall be non refundable.
