Schedule

Day 1

9:00 PM Departure from pune

Day 2

- 6:00 AM – Departure from Kolhapur to Panhala

- 8:00 AM – Reach Panhala Fort, tea and breakfast, followed by trek commencement

- 1:00 PM – Packed lunch at Khotwadi

- Evening – Arrival at Karpewadi (overnight stay)

- Night – Traditional village-style vegetarian dinner

Day 3

- 6:00 AM – Tea and breakfast, followed by departure towards Pavan Khind

- 2:00 PM – Arrival at Pavan Khind and tribute ceremony

- 3:00 PM – Lunch followed by return journey to Kolhapur

SL Adventure  Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 20 days or more before the event: No deduction. 100% refund will be provided. 

• Cancellation between 20 to 15 days before the event: 15% deduction from the total amount. 

• Cancellation between 15 to 10 days before the event: 30% deduction from the total amount. 

• Cancellation between 10 to 7 days before the event: 50% deduction from the total amount. 

• Cancellation between 7 to 4 days before the event: 75% deduction from the total amount. 

• Cancellation less than 4 days before the event: No refund (100% deduction). 

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated time frame as per company policy.

• In case if event is cancel by company, participants may choose to transfer their registration to the next scheduled weekend event. Once the registration has been transferred to the subsequent event, the amount already paid shall be non-refundable.
