🌄 About the Experience

“Kalakrai Climbing” is one of the most thrilling beginner-friendly rock climbing experiences in Maharashtra. The pinnacle is known for its technical vertical climb, and only a limited number of trekkers reach the summit.

• 🪢 200 ft rappelling during descent

• ⚡ Starts with a 90° vertical rock patch, followed by a traverse and another vertical climb

• 🌿 Surrounded by stunning valley views

The trek also includes the iconic Dhak Bahiri Caves, dedicated to Bhairavnath, carved into a steep rock wall.

From the caves, you get spectacular views of:

• Rajmachi Fort

• Duke's Nose

The trail itself is diverse grasslands, plateaus, dense forests, and a semi-technical rock patch with fixed ropes and steps.

 Itinerary

• 07:00 AM – Reach base village (Jambhavali)

• 07:30 AM – Breakfast

• 08:00 AM – Start trek (approx. 2 hours to base of pinnacle)

• 10:00 AM – Safety briefing & equipment introduction

• 01:30 PM – Summit & start rappelling

• 03:00 PM – Activity wrap-up & trek back

• 06:30 PM – Reach village & lunch
