DUKE NOSE VALLEY CROSSING & RAPPELLING

Duke's Nose is a cliff in Khandala, Maharashtra, India, that is named after the Duke of Wellington because of its resemblance to his nose. It is also known as Naagphani, which means "cobra's hood".

Duke's Nose is a popular hiking destination and is visible from the highway while driving towards Mumbai. It offers scenic views that are great for taking photographs. There is also a hiking trail in Kurvanda, Maharashtra, called the Duke's Nose trek.

The Duke of Wellington, also known as Arthur Wellesley, was a British statesman and army officer who served as the United Kingdom's Prime Minister twice. He was a prominent figure in Britain's military and politics in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
