Experience one of the most thrilling adventure treks in Maharashtra — the Bhairavgad Trek at Moroshi. Located near the scenic Malshej Ghat road, Bhairavgad stands tall at 3756 feet and is known for its challenging terrain and adventurous rock patches.

Unlike regular treks, reaching the summit of Bhairavgad requires a combination of trekking, technical climbing, and rappelling, making it one of the most exciting and demanding treks among the many Bhairavgad forts in Maharashtra.

Day 0

• 10:30 PM – Pickup starts from respective locations

Day 1

• 02:30 AM – Reach base village, freshen up and briefing about equipment & safety
• 03:00 AM – Breakfast
• 03:30 AM – Start trek towards Bhairavgad
• 06:30 AM – Reach Bhairavgad top
• 10:00 AM – Start descent
• 03:00 PM – Reach base village
• 05:30 PM – Lunch
• 06:30 PM – Start return journey

Advisory

• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited during the trek.
• Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding in case of safety concerns.
• Participants with medical conditions must inform the organizers beforehand.
• Avoid carrying expensive jewelry or accessories. Management will not be responsible for loss or damage.
• Parking facility is available at the base village.

SL Adventure  Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 20 days or more before the event: No deduction. 100% refund will be provided. 

• Cancellation between 20 to 15 days before the event: 15% deduction from the total amount.

 • Cancellation between 15 to 10 days before the event: 30% deduction from the total amount.

 • Cancellation between 10 to 7 days before the event: 50% deduction from the total amount.

 • Cancellation between 7 to 4 days before the event: 75% deduction from the total amount. 

• Cancellation less than 4 days before the event: No refund (100% deduction).

 • No-show on the event day: No refund will be provided. 

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated time frame as per company policy.

 

If the trek is cancelled due to a government ban, government restrictions, or any official order beyond the company's control, the participant will be eligible for a refund after a deduction of 10% of the total booking amount. This 10% deduction covers non-refundable administrative expenses, booking charges, payment gateway fees, and operational processing costs already incurred by the company. 

If the trek is cancelled by the company for any reason the participant will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

 In case if event is cancel by company, participants may choose to transfer their registration to the next scheduled weekend event. Once the registration has been transferred to the subsequent event, the amount already paid shall be non refundable.
