SL Adventure – Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Participant:

Cancellation 45 days or more before the event:
No deduction. 100% refund will be provided.

Cancellation between 45 to 35 days before the event:
15% deduction from the total amount.

Cancellation between 35 to 30 days before the event:
30% deduction from the total amount.

Cancellation between 30 to 25 days before the event:
50% deduction from the total amount.

Cancellation between 25 to 20 days before the event:
75% deduction from the total amount.

Cancellation less than 20 days before the event:
No refund (100% deduction).

No-show on the event day:
No refund will be provided.
If a trek or expedition is cancelled, postponed, or terminated due to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, rescue operations, medical emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of SL Adventure, no refund shall be provided for last minute cancellations.
In case a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting all expenses, charges, bookings, arrangements, and other costs incurred by SL Adventure up to the time of cancellation or termination of the trek or expedition.
